Our next generation accelerators have variable energy outputs for both e-beam and x-ray modalities. High reliability with over 95% up-times are possible with our high demand packages. Fabricated in house by Pulse Manufacturing, our accelerator systems ensure end to end product support and process development.

Custom energy profiles and the ability to rapidly change from one energy spectrum to another differentiate us from the competition.

Unlike existing systems, our custom designed machines are capable of rapidly changing energy spectra to match the density and mass of the medical devices being treated.  Each device and packaging format is unique.  The treatment protocol for sterilizing it should be too.  We tailor each process optimizing the depth dose distribution inside the device to provide the most uniform, even dose to the product.  This minimizes over dose situations which require other ionizing radiation sterilization service providers to overdose the product.
